I love when I kick my own ass
I used to be able to run for hours on the treadmill, but lately I can barely go a couple miles. My legs feel weak and wobbly and I literally feel as if I’m going to collapse any moment. I’m not winded, I’m not injured. I can’t figure it out, because I can run perfectly fine on the ground!
