Month 2: Financial Update
We hit our first milestone this month: we paid off a credit card in full! [Full disclosure: this card had a low balance that would have been paid off this month anyway, but YAY!] My trip to Africa definitely helped our regular gas and food budget and I left Mark with a well-stocked kitchen, a freezer full of homemade food and a handful of recipes to prepare. So, yeah, I'm in Mali!
My Blackberry doesn’t work and I only have internet for a couple hours a day so you haven’t heard much about my adventures. I have been posting on my travel blog though, so please check it out:
